How did we do? Did we meet your expectations? You may be really pleased with your experience with Viva Soccer or perhaps something could have been done better. Either way, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to let us know what you think of the service that we provide, whether your child enjoyed the soccer camp or clinic and whether they learned anything new. Our Feedback Form will let us know how they went on. We hope it doesn’t happen, but if you have a problem, please help us to put it right by telling us about it and turn your experience of Viva Soccer into something positive. You can use the Feedback Form for this too - just complete the details and let us have it back. Our Complaints Procedure will explain what will happen once we receive it. After every Soccer Camp or Clinic, we’ll hand out a questionnaire for you to fill in and return. These are specific to the activity your child has attended. However, if you just want to give some general comments, you can use our Feedback Form. We’re always looking for ways to improve our service and are always grateful for any input. If you just want to hear about future Soccer Clinics or Camps, just complete the online Register Your Interest Form and we'll let you know what's coming up.
