Wet Weather Policy and Alerts

If there is any chance that a soccer program will be cancelled due to rain, our coaches will contact the relevant school or childcare centre to discuss and a mutual decision will be made.

If the decision is made to cancel the program for that day, the school/childcare centre will advise the relevant children.

If the program is at a school, the coach will then contact all the parents to let them know.  If no contact is made, a message will be left on mobiles so please don't forget to check.  It's important that we have an up to date contact number for you and preferably a mobile number.

If the program is held at the child care centre, we won't contact parents unless they have to bring their child in just for the soccer program.

The coach will make every effort to run an extra session to compensate but depending on timescales and how many sessions have been cancelled due to rain, this may not be on the same night as the original program.  We appreciate that this won't always suit everyone but we will endeavor to keep disruptions to a minimum.

Any programs that are disrupted will be updated on this page and then removed the following day so you can quickly check online for any latest information.
